Shipping Policy

We make every effort to process orders promptly and have your order delivered as soon as possible.

• All Items are individually and personally hand inspected prior to shipment.

• Stocked items are normally shipped within1-2 business days. Some items may be drop shipped from the manufacturer.

• Special orders and back orders will be shipped promptly upon arrival and inspection of the products. We will notify you by E-mail of your shipment.

• 14K gold items will be shipped on an availability basis and are non-returnable. Once your order is placed you will be notified by E-mail of the approximate shipping date.

• Cancellation of an order can only be completed prior to shipping. Notify us by phone at 765-642-9774 (Eastern Standard Time) immediately. Please no exceptions.

• We accept payments by MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, and American Express


You can also order by phone at 765-642-9774 Monday thru Saturday between the hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) and we will accept your order, credit card, and shipping information over the phone.

We will not take credit card information via E-mail nor will we ever ask for it via E-mail to protect your identity.

All items shipped to Indiana locations will be charged a 7% sales tax on the total purchase including shipping and handling unless a tax exempt ID# is on file with us.

Return Policy

We at the Notre Dame Book Shelf desire you (our customer) to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, certain items have restrictions placed on them by manufacturers. If you need to return an item please contact us by phone at 765-642-9774 to receive information and a return ID number. There will be no exception to this policy.

• Claims must be made within ten (10) days of delivery on any items that are being returned for any reason. (Please see exception when delivered by UPS.)

• Items will not be accepted without prior notification.

• All merchandise determined by us to be returnable must be received within 30 days of purchase.

• Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition in its original packaging.

• If your merchandise is determined by us to be damaged or defective by no fault of yours, we will exchange the item free of charge. Certain items such as CD's, DVD's, and books can be returned only because of a manufacturer's defect.

• Due to UPS policies, all claims on damaged merchandise must be initiated within 5 days of receipt.

• We will not accept any shipments returned to us COD of any kind for any reason.

• All approved returns will be credited by the same means they were paid. (i.e. If paid by charge then a credit on the same account)

• A refund will be made on the merchandise total excluding any shipping costs or return shipping.

• 14K gold items are not returnable.
